Kim Jong Un held an extended meeting of the TPC Central Military Committee


DPRK leader Kim Jong Un held an enlarged meeting of the Central Military Committee of the Labour Party of Korea (CCK TPC), the Central Telegraph Agency of Korea (CTAC) reports. It is reported that the meeting discussed the development of North Korea's armed forces, as well as the correction of shortcomings in the armament of the Korean People's Army. New courses have been put forward to further strengthen the force to deter nuclear war and bring the strategic forces of the country to the highest level of readiness, said CTAC. The governing board of the CWC TPC was also elected, including the deputy chairman of the committee they were appointed by Lee Byung Chhor. Kim Jong Un called for the strengthening of the party leadership in the affairs of the Korean People's Army, as well as the establishment of military, political, intendant services and state security forces. Comrade Kim also signed seven orders. Among them is an order for a new staff structure in the army and reforms in the military command system. According to the news agency, earlier sources of South Korean publication JoongAng Illbo claimed that the leader of the DPRK Kim Jong Un is in Wonsan. At the same time, the newspaper noted that the North Korean leader had not appeared in public for three weeks.
